Top 10 to do in Luxembourg in November

Slowly the trees are losing all their leaves, days are getting shorter and it's defintely sweater weather... November is here. 

However, Luxembourg does not go into hibernation! :)

5.11 Haupeschmaart Munzhausen

The Tourist Center Robbesscheier invites to the 28th edition of the Haupeschmaart where over 100 exhibitors will be present to sell their products. A must for all the people living in the North of the country and a nice opportunity for the rest to take a day trip and visit the lovely village Munshausen - right next to Clervaux. 

4-5.11: Haupeschfest Berdorf

More to the East of Luxembourg the Haupeschfest will take place on the 4th and the 5th November. Also here more than 100 exhibitors will take part in the market and different showcases are planned to please the public.

7.11 : La fête de St Willibrord

Traditional pilgrimage to the Basilica in Echternach to honour St Willibrord.

7.11: Rag’n’Bone Man @Rockhal

BRIT & Echo Award winner, Rory Graham (aka Rag’n’Bone Man) embarks on the highly anticipated Overproof Tour and will make a stop in Luxembourg at the 11th November. Performing tracks off his multi-platinum selling album ‘Human’, Rory Graham will make sure that his fans have a good time. 

16-18.11: Sonic Visions Festival

Located in Luxembourg, neighbouring Belgium, France and Germany, SONIC VISIONS is an initiative of Rockhal and Rocklab. By combining its two main activities as a concert promoter (by bringing international touring acts to Luxembourg) and as a Music & Resources centre (by acting as a structure that accompanies and assists young talents on their way to professional careers) the Rockhal positions the SONIC VISIONS Music Conference & Showcase Festival as a platform where the industry actually gets to meet the artist and vice-versa. Featuring ROMÉO ELVIS & LE MOTEL, EDSUN, RILES, J. BERNARDT,  HER, and many more.

18-19.11: Walfer Bicherdeeg

One of the most important cultural events in Luxembourg and a true must for all book lovers out there! Get a glimpse into the local literature scene and why not take part in the RTL Dictée? This year’s theme is Creativity. 

19.11: Trail Uewersauer 

For all our sports people out there! Winter time does not mean staying on the couch and waiting to get active again in the new year. Get out and get ready to take part in the Uewersauer Trail which offers trails for everyone: from the Ultra Trail of 50,1 km to Nordic Walking Trails and a Kids Run. Also don’t hesitate to go and support the runners, they will appreciate it.

22.11: Winterlights - Luxembourg City 

The biggest Christmas Market of Luxembourg will open it’s doors as of November 23rd! It’s the most wonderful time of the year. Go and get yourself a Glühwäin, enjoy the lights and have a good time.

25.11: 80s Party @the Atelier

How about dancing to the best 80s tracks?? I say YES!! 

So get your leg warmers and shoulder pads on and don’t forget the hairspray (in this case more is more !) as on November 25th you will find the Stairway To Heaven on the Atelier’s dance floor.
